Yard expansions and lawn installations are services that we perform frequently for residential clients, and also landscape contractors as part of our landscaping support services.
Lot clearing. The first step to expanding your yard is to consult with Steve Sarette & Son Excavation about tree removal. We can advise you on which trees you should take out, while still maintaining the wooded beauty of your lot.
Stump removal. If your yard expansion plan includes a lawn installation, you should always remove the stumps. Burying stumps can invite termites and create sinkholes in your new lawn. If possible, we can find a place to dispose of stump debris on the lot - provided it is far enough away from the house and lawn - saving our clients the fees associated with trucking and stump removal.
Site leveling. Steve Sarette & Son Excavation is a great value in yard expansions. We have the heavy equipment and landscape materials necessary to do the best job possible in a cost-effective way.
Lawn installation and hydroseeding. With your new yard opened up and leveled, it is time for some grass! We can provide a full 4 inches of topsoil, grading and hydroseeding services, or, we can simply provide material delivery of the correct amount of screened loam for your landscaper, or you and your wheelbarrow!
